A considerable expertise in implementing community participation programmes for both the government and multilateral funding agencies such as the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. She is self-motivated, energetic with dynamic leadership qualities for building up team spirit and common consensus, handling multi task assignment simultaneously. He has rich experience in working for big Corporate Groups like Adani, Jubilliant Sciences, Abbot etc. He specializes in HR management, Labour licensing, Vendor Management, Statutory Compliances, Liasoning, Financial & administrative matters withgreat positive mind & energy which is a source of inspiration to the workforce. His involvements were mainly in the corporate office administration,green fields projects and manufacturing units. He also holds hands on experiences of setting up 2 units of chemical factory and 3 units mega thermal power projects.
